To strengthen their operations and expand access to education and communication, our team is facilitating the installation of fiber-optic internet at their facility. This high-speed connection will provide vital access to online learning tools and broaden opportunities for the children they serve. We’re honored to contribute to this meaningful initiative and help bring digital connectivity to those who need it most.

Our support extends to every critical element of schooling—teacher salaries, school supplies, nutritious meals, uniforms, and operational costs—ensuring students have a stable, well-equipped, and nurturing environment. Beyond academics, we focus on personal development, confidence-building, and preparing children for a future filled with opportunity.

Today, the village of Gwaltoli is home to over 50 graduates from our Al Bushra School—young individuals who are now pursuing higher education, earning incomes, and uplifting their community. Through this ongoing commitment, we continue to make education accessible to every child, lighting the path toward a brighter, more empowered generation.

In Kiparang'anda, Tanzania, we have built a girls' hostel to provide a safe and supportive environment for young girls pursuing education. This initiative ensures they have secure accommodation, proper facilities, and the resources needed to focus on their studies. By offering a stable home, we empower these girls with opportunities for a brighter future, breaking barriers to education and fostering independence. This new facility provides students with safe, comfortable housing, enhancing their educational experience.

Mkuranga Girls hostel - Africa

Safe Haven for Girls:
Hostel in Mkuranga Town, Tanzania

In Mkuranga Town, Tanzania, with the support of SD Industries as an ally, Build a Life Foundation has built a girls' hostel to provide a safe and supportive environment for young girls pursuing their education. This initiative ensures secure accommodation, proper facilities, and the resources needed for the girls to focus on their studies. By offering a stable home, we are empowering them with opportunities for a brighter future, breaking barriers to education and fostering independence. The hostel now houses 80 girls, giving them a safe space to study, rest, and engage in personal development activities.

Kinene Primary School - Africa

Building Brighter Futures Through Education in Kinene

With SD Industries as a partner, Build a Life Foundation successfully built Kinene Primary School in Tanzania, Africa, from the ground up in March 2021. Officially opening its doors in January 2022, the school has a capacity to educate 500 students. This school stands as a beacon of hope, offering a safe learning environment where young minds can grow, dream, and achieve their potential. By empowering children through education, we are laying the foundation for stronger communities and lasting change. In less than a year, Kinene Primary School has become a vital space for children to take their first steps toward a brighter future, offering opportunities that were once out of reach.

Clean Water for a Better Future:
Shallow Wells Project

SD Industries, as a contributor of Build a Life Foundation, supports the well-being of communities across Africa. The Foundation has built shallow wells in Tanzania, providing access to clean water for better health, sanitation, and sustainable community growth. Access to clean water is essential for improving health, sanitation, and overall quality of life. These wells help reduce waterborne diseases, empower families, and ensure long-term sustainability. By addressing this fundamental need, we are fostering healthier communities and creating lasting change for generations to come.

Before our well construction, villagers would travel more than 20 miles for clean drinking water. Now, it is only a short walk away from the Kinene School.
