3. Limitations on Deletion
Certain information may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes, including:

• Timekeeping and workforce management records

• Dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements

• Security, fraud prevention, or audit requirements

Only personal data that is no longer required for these purposes will be eligible for deletion.
