SD Industries, LLC provides users of ZeeTime with the ability to request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable laws and business requirements.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

2. Processing Requests
Upon receiving a request, SD Industries will:

• Review the request

• Verify the identity of the requester

• Process the request in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies
  
   

3. Limitations on Deletion
Certain data may not be deleted if retention is required for:

• Payroll and tax obligations

• Legal and regulatory compliance

• Project records and operational documentation

• Dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements

Only data that is no longer required for these purposes will be eligible for deletion.

 
4. Timeline
SD Industries will make reasonable efforts to respond to and process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
